Bosphorus ferry ride.

There's something about being on water that makes everything more enjoyable. The views are prettier, life is more peaceful, and even the breeze that whips through your hair feels better. We had the wonderful opportunity to ride a ferry around the Bosphorus this afternoon for around an hour and a half. (I actually saw a dolphin right as we were passing under one of the bridges! It was incredible! Wish I could have taken a picture.) The hillsides were dotted with unique houses and buildings surrounded by lush vegetation; the water exhibited different shades of blue while the waves gently rocked us back and forth. What a treat!






*This is the Asian side of Turkey. I want so badly to explore this area!



It's getting late, so I should probably take a shower and be off to bed soon. Happy sabbath from Istanbul!
