Kaymak

The students have recently discovered the joys of kaymak, the Turkish version of clotted cream. It is most often eaten slathered on bread, with honey on top (although Ali also suggested spreading it on kadayif, a dessert that's a bit like baklava). Kaymak is made of cream from the milk of ... wait for it ... water buffalo milk!!! Who knew?
